| HRA owns and manages
27 units of Chapter 705 family housing units scattered
throughout several towns in Franklin County, Massachusetts.
The homes maintain the rural character of the locale
while providing housing for families who meet the
requisite qualifications.
Preference is offered to applicants who reside and
or work in the towns where the housing is located.
Priority is given to applicants who are currently
homeless through no fault of their own. |

Applicants are screened for eligibility according to applicable
income guidelines. To be eligible a household cannot exceed
the income
limits for Massachusetts Chapter 667 & 705 housing.
As part of the application process, applicants must authorize
HRA to conduct background checks on criminal history and
past rental history. HRA complies with program guidelines
and equal housing guidelines when considering applicants.

one of which is barrier-free, and two 3-bedroom units
• Orange Massachusetts - six buildings located at
four different locations include: eleven 3-bedroom units,
two 2-bedroom units, two 4-bedroom units

availability. Each home is located within close proximity
