| HRA contracts to provide
management, maintenance, and fiscal oversight to an
extensive portfolio of real estate representing over
300 units of housing throughout Franklin County Massachusetts
for families, elderly, and disabled residents.
HRA manages properties owned by private owners, non-profits,
a resident association, a municipality, and public
entities. The properties include large apartment buildings,
mobile home parks, and smaller scattered site properties
containing 2-3 rental units.

HRA administers each development in compliance with applicable
regulations and guidelines. HRA screens and selects eligible
tenants, prepares leases and lease renewals, collects rents,
enforces lease requirements, conducts periodic inspections,
files necessary reports, maintains the properties, and provides
fiscal oversight.

coordinates the management, maintenance, and fiscal oversight
