Community Development Services
| HRA assists Franklin
County and North Quabbin municipalities in developing
and submitting competitive applications for Massachusetts
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
All projects must benefit low to moderate-income
residents. In some cases, towns must be pre-approved
for CDBG funding before submitting grant applications
for individual projects. When funding is secured by
a municipality, HRA works with the grantee in administering
the awarded projects from start-up through completion. |
